The Summit 6.0, Silvin’s annual meet, brought together teams from across regions and functions for a day focused on alignment, reflection, and forward planning. The event provided an opportunity to review performance for FY 2025–26 and outline the roadmap for the year ahead, with a clear emphasis on direction, priorities, and collective focus. A key highlight was the Annual Awards ceremony, recognising individuals and teams who set benchmarks through their performance and contribution. The Summit also included a dedicated session on values and decision-making, reinforcing the importance of how results are achieved, not just what is achieved.
